Please note: If a message is left after 4:00 PM, then your call may not be returned until the next business day.
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We post our closings on our office door and on our main phone message. After hours, the on-call doctor can be reached by beeper by calling our main number and then dialing 9 to reach the emergency message box.
TIP: Please use a land line rather than a cell phone if possible to leave your message and state, and repeat, your return phone number slowly so that we will be more likely to hear it correctly and promptly return your phone call. If you do not receive a response within 30 minutes, please call back again.
Our nursing staff and medical aides are available during office hours to answer questions you have that may not require a doctor’s visit. When an appointment is necessary, we respectfully request you schedule an appointment if possible, rather than arriving for a doctor visit without an appointment. We do, however, understand that emergencies happen, and we are happy to provide the necessary care quickly in that event.
Please be specific when you request an appointment. Your detail helps our office staff to know the length of time your child should be scheduled, and this in turn helps our doctors be respectful of other patients’ time by remaining on schedule for their visits
